Hacer Group announced last week it had reached Practical Completion of Moniton Pty Ltd's The Mark in Elsternwick, an inner suburb of Melbourne. The works involved the construction of a new mixed-use development including 173 furnished apartments, a Coles Supermarket, Liquorland and a three-level basement car park.
Situated at 441 Glen Huntly Rd and just 12 kilometres from Melbourne's central business district, The Mark's luxuriously appointed apartments are spread across three buildings.
Non-NBN internet service provider Lighting Broadband was chosen to provide connectivity services to the building, establishing its own Fibre-To-The-Building (FTTB) infrastructure for the project.
