WHY DID YOU JOIN LIGHTNING BROADBAND?
I joined the team to help guide the rapid growth of an exciting challenger in what was a rather boring space at the time, delivering on the promise of truly superfast internet to every one of our clients.
WHAT’S THE BEST PART OF WORKING AT LIGHTNING BROADBAND?
Ongoing innovation being at the heart of whatever we do is of course one of the great aspects of being part of this team given my background. But beyond that, the super-strong customer focus and total can-do attitude in making a positive difference for our clients make for fulfilling days.
Lightning Broadband was a startup when I joined, so it was great to have the freedom to make things happen for our residential and commercial customers. There were no fears to challenge the status quo and what was previously thought possible – a mindset that continues today.
WHERE’S YOUR FAVOURITE PLACE IN MELBOURNE?
The Corner Hotel, Richmond.
Outside of family, music is the biggest passion in my life. I’ve seen many superlative bands perform at the Corner over the years, enjoying a pint and standing on the sticky carpet. The Corner is an institution and a great place to hang out and watch the world go by.
